Welcome to the Thai Women: Challenging AIDS site. Our goal is to serve as a focal point for worldwide awareness of how people in the developing world are living with HIV/AIDS. By producing the film, "Thai Women: Challenging AIDS" and undertaking other activities, our hope is to raise consciousness that HIV/AIDS does not have to be a death sentence for those afflicted with the disease in the developing world. Our hope is to inspire you to understand better how these remarkable women have used their spirituality, traditions, alternative medicine, modern medicine, artistic creativity, and family support to combat a deadly illness and live life to the fullest potential.
